Les Payages Pulsionnels #00: Comments, Pictures and Video

In this post is a collection of pictures, a video and all the comments that visitors gave us on our installation.

Watch the video

Probably I’d say, listen to the audio, since the video is all black. But that’s what the installation was about: a dark room with just sound.

The comments of people

Some of the visitors were so nice to give us they feedback in writing. Here are some of them (some in English and some in French):

Sebastien, Daniela’s colleague, that experienced the installation together with his 3 kids

I came to visit the exhibition and your performance with a virgin mind and no pre-conceived ideas!!
Although a music experience in a dark room is not a new concept, it was the only approach of this kind in the whole exhibition, making it one of the most original.
If you both continue working in this field, you could maybe reflect on sound and gesture interactivity, using more beams to capture 3D movements and adjust the sound levels up to the point it might be unbearable for the ears !!!
Shake up your visitors and do not respect them, art is about hurting…..

Stephane, a friend

You proposed a sensation – interesting because based on circulation and body reaction –  but not really an intention, or a reflexion that would leave the audience with a question about Art , Life,  etc… , but I believe the real challenge for you starts now ; where do you go from there ? you have the technology and a type of configuration, what will you try to say artistically in the next pieces ?
